Schedule

Monday's, Tuesday's, Wednesday's, & Thursday's: 6AM, 7AM, 9:30AM, 3PM, 5PM, 6PM, & 7PM CrossFit classes.

Fridays: Open Gym from 6AM-7AM, 9:30AM-10:30AM, & 5PM-6PM.  Athletes may come in, warm-up, do skill work, and do a WOD from earlier in the week that was missed.  Athletes may also complete a Benchmark WOD from the posted board.  A trainer will be present for the duration of the hour.  Please be finished with the WOD by the posted end time.  Thanks!

Saturdays: 9:30AM Classes

FirBreather Hours:  Mondays-Thursdays, 7AM-8AM, 9:30AM-11:30AM, 4PM-5PM, 6PM-8PM.

Some Holiday schedules may differ from the normally scheduled classes... Please check the calender below for Holiday classes.  Thanks!
