3. All new adult members must schedule their 4 "On-Ramps" before attending classes unannounced. These are one-on-one sessions where we will cover the mechanics and vocabulary used in the gym. "On-Ramps" are available M-Th at 7am, 10:30am, or 7:30pm. This does not apply to youth memberships.
The On-Ramps can be scheduled Monday-Thursday at 7:00am, 10:30am, or 7:30pm (24 hours in advance, so we can schedule a coach). You will recieve an email with your login name and password to schedule on-ramps once step #2 is completed.
