Schwartz felt prepared for her competition. She said, "I had practiced three of the four WODs prior to the competition, so I felt as prepared as I could be."
Looking back, Schwartz was extremely happy with her performance. She said, "My performance exceeded my expectations going into the final and fifth WOD. We didn't know this WOD until right before it started, so I was pretty nervous going into the final round."
Although she was happy with her performance, Schwartz belives she could still improve. She said, "I was happy with my performance in most of the WODs and movements, but I need to learn how to move heavier weights like a money with an AK-47!"
Most Rewarding Thing
"This was my first competition, so it was a great tool to gauge my current fitness level. While I realize that I still have a long way to go in reaching my goals, this competition showed me how great the coaching is at 810. There is no way I would have performed so well without our great coaches and the constant support and encouragement from my fellow members. Thank you all!!!!"
Thank you, Emily!
