- Attend Motor City CrossFit's St. Valentine's Day Massacre Couples
Competition! This is a couples competition with a twist. Teams will be
comprised of 1 man and 1 woman. Each team member will complete the first
4 WODs as an individual. Your rankings will be averaged together after
each WOD. The final WOD will be completed together as a team. There will
only be 50 teams allowed in this competition so don't wait, once we are

These are NOT competitions, these are CrossFit Specialty courses designed to increase knowledge in a certain area. They will focus on a unique skill set and go further in depth with just that particular area.
