to wrap an ankle.

This is a fantastic tool for anyone that has some junkiness or swelling
here. Note that the wrapping is done from the bottom up.
If anyone isn’t quite sure how to do this themselves, try to get to class
15 minutes early and one of the coaches will be able to aid you.
