"I Have to Admit it's Getting Better. It's Getting Better."
Eleanor Roosevelt said, " You must do
the thing you think you cannot do." How can we ever do that which seems
impossible? Taking a class, doing a WOD, quitting
a job, asking for help; none of these can we do alone or
with ease. All of these we can handle when we rely on help. Tackling
the which seems impossible with help, reduces it to a manageable size. It also deflates the power our fears have given it. That which we fear grows in proportion to our
obsession with it. The more we fear a thing, the bigger it becomes, which in turn increases our fear. By
asking for help, we can do all with strength and companionship. We are
in partnership, all the way, every day, if we'd reach out and recognize
We can more toward and through anything. Know that all experiences can be met. All experiences survived.
This week's mantra: "A deep breath invites the inner strength to move through me."
