Ladies and Gentlemen - Our custom 810 CrossFit log books have arrived!
The benchmark WOD boards in the front of the gym will soon be coming down... we want everyone to please keep your own log book from now on. This log book will be a crucial ingredient to every ones progress at 810 CrossFit.
It is more than just a place to write down your daily notes on your WOD. This log book has a legend on how to appropriately monitor your nutrition, sleep, energy, & mobility in a way that will not eat up all of your time in a day! Even if/when those mentioned topics are abused, it is still important for us to track our markers. We, the coaches, hope to see you using this regularly. It is a guide to living a healthy lifestyle.

2. BE ON TIME (5 BURPEE/MINUTE PENALTY, SERIOUSLY)
3. CLEAN UP ALL EQUIPMENT USED (25 BURPEE PENALTY)
4. BRING YOUR "A" GAME TO EVERY WOD
To the left here is an example of the daily WOD entry, as well as an example of the benchmarks in the back of the book. Between "The Girls" and our Hero WOD's we now have close to 50 benchmarks to appropriately monitor our fitness results.
To the right here is an example of the back page, where we will track our strength benchmarks... as you know, these are a crucial ingredient to you working in percentages of your max efforts.
