We are operating under the assumption that all humans can likely fix 95% of their problems on their own. The Rx for this is to write down your 3 biggest problem areas and to work on them EVERY SINGLE DAY until they are no longer a problem.
If you aren't sure what your biggest problem areas are or what you should do to address them, grab one of the coaches before or after class and ask them.
